Welcome to KotlinVPN. By using our VPN service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using KotlinVPN, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Subscriptions and Trials

  • Trial: We offer a 3-day free trial period.
  • Plans: Following the trial, you may choose a monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscription plan.
  • Payments: Payments are processed via our Telegram bot using bank cards or Telegram Stars. Subscriptions are managed through the KotlinVPN website or Telegram bot.

3. No-Logs Policy

We maintain a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not collect or store logs of your activity while using the Service, including browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activities, including but not limited to:

  • Distribution of malware or spam.
  • Hacking or unauthorized access to systems.
  • Exploitation of minors or any form of violence.
  • Terrorism, fraud, or other criminal activities.
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, including laws governing VPN usage in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without notice if we suspect abuse or violation of these terms.

5. Termination of Access

KotlinVPN may block or remove your access to the Service at its sole discretion, without the obligation to explain the reason or provide a refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

KotlinVPN expressly disclaims all liability for:

  • Any actions taken by you while using the Service.
  • Interruptions, failures, or degraded performance of the VPN connection.
  • Loss or corruption of data.
  • Blocking, throttling, or other measures imposed by third parties (including internet service providers, governments, or platform operators).
  • Any consequences resulting from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Our responsibility is limited solely to the technical maintenance of the VPN infrastructure.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact support for any refund inquiries.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KOTLINVPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, FINES, PENALTIES, SANCTIONS, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if KotlinVPN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Any violation of local, national, or international laws — including laws restricting or prohibiting VPN usage — is your sole and exclusive responsibility.
  • KotlinVPN bears no liability whatsoever for any fines, penalties, legal proceedings, sanctions, or other consequences arising from your use of the Service in violation of applicable laws.
  • KotlinVPN does not encourage, facilitate, or condone the use of its Service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

If you are located in a jurisdiction where VPN usage is restricted or prohibited, you must not use the Service.
